As a Supervisory Financial Management Analyst, you will use your knowledge of and experience with the Office of the Chief Information Office to optimize business results and customer experience by: Leading and managing OCIO’s IT business financial operation planning, development budgeting and fiscal planning. Advising the CIO, Deputy CIO and senior OCIO leadership on financial and budgetary issues that involve forecasting, resource planning, solutions to budgetary challenges, performance measures, and improvement to financial management policies, processes and organizational structures. Providing expert financial management advice and consultation to staffs of subordinate organizations regarding financial management, accounting, and funds control. Ensuring timely allocation of funds to program areas, timely submission of program area appropriation obligations, and timely reporting of expenditures.
