RP Professional Services (RP) is pleased to announce the hiring of Mr. Nathan Kreoger, who will be assuming the role of Vice President of Operations.
Mr. Kreoger holds over a decade of executive-level experience supporting the missions of the federal government. A veteran of the White House, he has worked across multiple presidential administrations to provide leadership and oversight for critical administration priorities. Prior to the White House, Mr. Kreoger spent considerable time as a Contracting Officer at the General Services Administration (GSA), supporting assisted acquisition efforts and government-wide acquisition programs.
Mr. Kreoger joins RP from Wolf Den Associates, where he served as a Vice President, leading strategic business development initiatives across the firm. He specializes in accelerating small-business growth and organizational performance in federal contexts.
At RP, Mr. Kreoger is looking forward to leveraging his broad array of federal expertise in the assistance of government clients, particularly those affecting change for small businesses. He stresses that small-business development “is more than winning work” and more fully consists of “how these businesses support their own employees, develop their internal resources, and promote successful outcomes for their customers.”
With a dynamic background in organizational leadership, business development, project management, and federal appropriations, Mr. Kreoger will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of RP, which last month appeared at #74 on the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies list.
