The Program Executive Office for Defense Healthcare Management Systems (PEO DHMS) Joint Operational Medicine Information Systems (JOMIS) Program Management Office (PMO) is acquiring program management, technical expertise, user training and exercise support for the Air Force Operational Medicine Information Systems (AFOMIS) PMO. JOMIS is fulfilling this requirement via a American Indian Tribal 8(a) firm, Advancia Aeronautics, IAW FAR 6.302-5(b)(4), DFARS 206.303-1(b), DFARS 219.808-1(a), and the Partnership Agreement between the U.S. Small Business Administration and U.S. Department of Defense.
