FedScoop Radio: New FITARA Scorecard; Streamlining tech acquisition across government

Changes to the FITARA grading system push grades down across government, according to the new scorecard. Carol Harris, director of information technology and cybersecurity at the Government Accountability Office, explains what’s different in this scorecard and its results.
