You’re running hard between proposals and vacation/family time. Included here is a high-level overview of some of the things you need to know as you plan for your trip to Orlando.
When: August 16th – August 18th
Where: Caribe Royale All Suite Hotel and Convention Center – 8101 World Center Drive, Orlando, FL 32821
Directions – The Caribe Royale is located 16 miles from the Orlando International Airport. DHA Government Civilian and Military attendees are not permitted to use rental cars. You can choose to take a taxi or a shuttle service from the airport. Uber and Lyft are also available.
Health and Safety: The COVID-19 Community Level in Orlando, Florida is currently LOW. Accordingly, attendees do not need to provide information about their vaccination status or proof of a negative COVID-19 test to participate in 2022 DHITS. If the COVID-19 Community Level should change, or new safety mandates be put into place by authorities, attendees will be notified of any changes via email and via our website.
Some socially distanced seating will be available at the event, and masks will be optional.
