CMS CCIIO seeks Director, Marketplace Eligibility and Enrollment Group

“As the Director, Marketplace Eligibility and Enrollment Group, Center for CCIIO, you will provide executive leadership and direction for the examination, development, interpretation, and implementation of CMS program operational policy and program operations related to all eligibility and enrollment functions.” 

Responsibilities

  • “Directs the development, evaluation, and review of regulations, manuals, program guidance and memoranda, policy letters, and instructions for policy activity related to eligibility and enrollment functions. 
  • Directs the development of business processes and requirements for the design and development of systems interfaces associated with a streamlined eligibility and enrollment process. 
  • Oversees the development of business processes, system requirements, and contractor requirements for data matching, inconsistency resolution, and exemption processing, including document intake and review, and consumer outreach. 
  • Coordinates with other CMS components and the Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs in the development of resources to optimize the consumer experience with the Marketplace application. 
  • Directs the coordination of data sharing with States, Exchanges, and other Federal agencies through the CMS data services hub. 
  • Oversees the development of data sharing agreements and performance of user acceptance testing. 
  • Manages relationships with State and Federal users to ensure adherence to privacy requirements and coordination of data collection and verification.” 
  • Directs the provision of technical assistance to States on eligibility and enrollment policy and in the development of operations and systems to support eligibility and enrollment functions for the Exchanges.
