HHS IHS RFQ: Web-based Safety Data Sheet Management System – Keams Canyon Health Center

“The Department of Health and Human Services, the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service (IHS), is soliciting quotes for a Web-based Safety Data Sheet Management System for the Keams Canyon Health Center in Polacca, Arizona.

This requirement is a 100% Set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE).”

“Scope: Scope of project includes developing a web based SDS Management Subscription Program for Base year plus four option years to be added to this contract, with a modification before expiration dates.”

“The contractor will build a web based electronic SDS library (eBinder) and index for 600 hazardous chemicals used at the HHCC the first year. HHCC will provide an inventory list by Department to the vendor in an Excel spreadsheet format. The inventory list provided shall have the manufacturer and product name for each product. Where different concentrations of the same product exist, additional information such as product code, concentration, grade, CAS#, and material form may be requested from and provided to the contractor for assistance in finding the SDS…”
