Senior Director – Federal Program Management 

“We have an opportunity for an Executive to join our senior leadership team reporting to the COO. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategy, delivery, resource management, performance and growth of the Business Unit. NetImpact currently has contracts at HHS, NIH, FDA and DHA. 

Typical responsibilities include: 

  • Ensuring the achievement of performance targets and strategic initiatives by setting and meeting operational goals that are consistent with the vision of the organization 
  • Manage a team of Program Directors and Managers, and has overarching responsibility for contract delivery, business performance, as well managing relationships with clients 
  • As a key member of our senior leadership team, this person will work as an integral team member aligned with others leading Technology, Growth and Business across the portfolio 
  • The position is fully responsible for all aspects of P&L for their Delivery Portfolio, including program delivery, periodic reviews, proactive customer, and assessments for exceeding the performance objectives of the programs 
  • Responsible for managing planned revenue, P&L, execution of program growth initiatives 
  • Establish and implement key metrics and key performance indicators (KPI), which provide periodic and a quality check of programs, contracts, and customer relationship at all levels of decision making at the account 
  • Develop and provide oversight over business unit strategy development, opportunity identification and qualification, as well as capture and proposal efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts, or task order business… 

Qualifications 

  • At least 10 years of proven experience in federal government program management. Must be capable of leading projects that involve the successful management of multi-functional teams 
  • Project management certification such as a PMP 
  • Must have specialized experience including project development, expertise in management and control of funds and resources, demonstrated capability in managing multiple tasks…”

Business Development Account Executive- Federal DOD/DHA 

“Job Description 

NetImpact Strategies is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Account Executive to support our growth strategy. This exciting opportunity will leverage the candidate’s experience in business development and federal contracting.    

The BD Account Executive will lead business development for our Federal DoD/DHA Business Unit, conduct research, identify new opportunities, broker teaming arrangements and directs all aspects of business development initiatives and supports sales/business development activities. A Deep understanding and experience within Federal Contracting, along with an existing network of contacts is required.    

Responsibilities and duties  

  • Direct, establish, maintain, and plan overall direction and goals for the Federal DoD/DHA business unit.  Be able to define and drive growth by focusing on customer interaction, teaming approach, technical differentiation and contracting solution strategies.

Proposal Coordinator 

“Job Description 

NetImpact Strategies is looking to bring on an experienced Proposal Coordinator. The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing the timely development and delivery of high-quality responses to federal government business opportunities, from opportunity qualification to post-submission activities, in a growing, fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate is able to work well on a team as well as independently. They’ll possess excellent analytical skills and are able to see the big picture without overlooking the details, foster a positive and responsive team environment, and quickly adjust to dynamic proposal schedules and requirements. The Proposal Coordinator also has strong communication skills that aids in the implementation of capture and proposal strategies into proposal content, elicits collaboration and commitments from internal and external resources while helping them adhere to strict deadlines, and schedules and completes multiple concurrent tasks.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate the successful development and delivery of compliant, competitive, cogent, and compelling proposals through effective leadership and collaboration across teams that include internal staff, corporate partners, consultants, and supporting vendors. 
  • Exercise responsibility, accountability, and authority on each assigned proposal, from early Capture support (e.g., RFI, white paper), through response development management and support, to its timely submission and post-delivery requirements (e.g., oral presentation, best and final offer, etc.) 
  • Analyze solicitation requirements to assess the response strategy; create the proposal’s annotated outline; establish and communicate the proposal development plan and review schedule; prepare the compliance matrix and kick-off materials; and manage the SharePoint site for each bid…”
