FDA to award Contract for Genesys Software Licenses and Support

“Scope: The scope of this Statement of Work (SOW) includes the following:

  • Acquire Genesys Customer Interaction Center (CIC) or equivalent licenses
  • Operational and maintenance (O&M) support services in the FDA’s, development/test and production environments, and with existing FDA infrastructure;
  • Transition in and out activities.”

“This requirement will be a Base Plus 3 Option years. The major components are the software licenses described and the associated labor categories as shown below.”

  • Premium CaaS Contact Center Agent Fee 150
  • Multichannel ACD Add-on 150
  • Salesforce Licenses 65
  • Interaction Supervisor Add-on 50
  • Web Server 1
  • Interaction Quality Manager Add-on 50
  • Interaction Recorder Add-On 150
  • CaaS Development Sandbox Server 2
  • Customer Provided MPLS Data Center Charges 1″

“Labor Categories:

  • IT Systems Analyst
  • Technical Writer
  • CIC Implementation and Configuration”

“The Government intends on doing a sole source requirement due to the exclusive rights to sell Pure Connect Licenses to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The FDA is not requesting competitive quotes due to this being anticipated as a sole-source requirement.”
