Prometheus Federal Services and Customer Value Partners Awarded Contract to Support Implementation of the Veteran Health Administration’s Clinical Resource Hubs

“Titan Alpha, a joint venture between Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) and Customer Value Partners (CVP), was awarded a contract with the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Primary Care to assist national leaders in implementing, standardizing, and marketing the 18 Veterans Integrated Services Network’s (VISN) Clinical Resource Hubs (CRH).

Titan Alpha will collaborate with the Office of Primary Care, other VHA program offices, VHA and VISN leaders, and multidisciplinary CRH leadership teams to develop and implement plans for CRHs’ expansion and enhancement. Specifically, the team will develop automated CRH dashboards as well as develop and implement a strategic communications plan. Each CRH offers primary care, mental health, clinical pharmacy, and nursing support. CRHs will be expanded to include surgical services, specialty services, rehabilitation and extended care, pain, substance use disorder, and other services as VISNs determine.

“CRHs help address critical barriers to healthcare services, such as long travel distances, a shortage of providers, and other reasons why facilities have gaps in care or clinical service,” said PFS Chief Operating Officer, Stefanie Lehmann. “We’re ready to use our data analytics and communications expertise to help expand and enhance CRH services.”
