DHA RFI: COTS Printing Solution

DHA has made a strategic decision to find a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) turnkey solution to replace the current environment and add the technology to its underpinning product portfolio. The solution must support both front-end and back-end printing. DHA has 18 regional MHS Application Access Gateways (MAAG) located in Department of Defense (DoD)-approved data centers throughout the globe that can be used to centrally host resources, and support a new solution to reduce and consolidate resource deployments. In addition to supporting the current MHS mission, the DHA has acquired additional component support requirements for the Coast Guard, National Guard, and Reserves to deliver back-end print services from MHS GENESIS. This feature is being called remote printing.
