“Duties:
- Plan, manage, and oversee major NIH IT acquisitions projects and contracts involving the development and implementation of informatics and infrastructure systems and solutions.
- Develop plans to formalize the objectives of projects and contracts.
- Coordinate and manage the CIT budget execution process to ensure successful year end close out.
- Serve as subject matter expert on Fee for Service activities and revenue forecasting.
- Perform Contracting Officer?s Representative (COR) duties for Federally funded contracts, such as professional services, equipment, maintenance, and software/hardware licenses.
- Identify potential concerns and issues involving Service Area/Group budget and allocations and develops solutions to resolve issues and minimize impact on the Service Area/Group.”
