“The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the Office of Acquisition Management Services (OAMS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with NMS Imaging Inc., located at 12501 Prosperity Drive, Ste. 205, Silver Spring, Maryland, for NMS Imaging maintenance and support for the Electronic Workflow (eFlow) system. The statutory authority is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(i). NMS Imaging created/customized eFlow and is the only known source that can provide the necessary maintenance and support.”
