HHS HRSA seeks Network Engineering Branch Chief

“Responsibilities:  

  • Supervising and managing the Network Engineering Branch which is comprised of a staff of information technology employees and contractors who collectively provide state of the art technology; ensures prompt and competent IT service and support; maintains and upgrades computer technology systems of the Agency; and promotes excellence in communication through technology 
  • Monitoring the infrastructure to ensure security standards are continually being met and develop a Plan of Actions and Milestone (POA&Ms) to address and security related problems. 
  • Leading in the development of security related standard operating procedures, processes and policies towards secure Network infrastructure operations. 
  • Leading in the development of corporate or agency IT security practices, guidelines and recommend policies for security for services under their purview.”
