“Purpose: To award a contract for business operations services in support of the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP). To support the tasks identified below requires an experienced and cohesive team of junior and senior level personnel who can demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the requirements to produce acceptable deliverables within the required timelines while meeting cost, schedule, and performance requirements.”
“The CDMRP requests contractor support personnel to provide junior and senior level personnel to perform the following tasks: Provide Business Operations Support – The contractor shall provide all business operational support to the CDMRP by performing the following Key Tasks:
- Key Task: Financial Management and Analysis – The contractor shall provide advanced level financial reporting and analysis of all funds within the CDMRP.
- Key Task: Business Management and Analysis – The contractor shall provide assistance to the CDMRP Acquisition Managers and COR(s) regarding all service contract administration in support of CDMRP.
