VA CFM requires professional services to maintain and enhance the CFM Performance Measurements Dashboard (PMD) to report on the status and health of Major Construction/Major Lease and Seismic Construction Programs, Projects, and Contracts. The PMD shall measure performance through all stages of Major capital projects from conception through planning, design, construction, activation and operation and maintenance phases. The PMD communicates data stored in the Performance Measures Data Repository (PMDR) (CFM Operational Systems and Manual Data Source Systems). The PMDR integrates accurately aligned data about construction program performance from multiple VA and CFM operational systems.
The Contractor shall provide Project Management, deliver product data, develop Enterprise Application/Services, perform testing and training, and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) in maintaining and enhancing the CFM PMD. Additionally, compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and all other applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines of authorities having jurisdiction and VA convention is required of the Contractor.
