- Partner, build and maintain relationships with new agencies and/or existing VA Leadership, Business Units, and corporate business development teams to develop Win strategies and Capture Plans across the portfolio of opportunities
- Develop, maintain, and continually progress a pipeline of strategically relevant business opportunities aligned with VetsEZ’s business and revenue goals
- Execute and manage the transition from business opportunity through proposal development to award and participation as an independent evaluator in all major proposal reviews to ensure continuity from capture to proposal delivery
- Coordinate assignment and manage Capture Managers across pursuits to capture new and recompete business efforts for all priority pursuits
- Orchestrate, coach, and mentor Capture Teams to develop win strategies, shaping objectives and capture plans for each pursuit.”
“Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Technical Discipline or one of the Sciences, or equivalent
- 10+ years of proven experience of capturing and winning large pursuits in the Full & Open market, as well as the use of T4NG, GWAC/IDIQs vehicles to secure new contracts
- Managing pursuit pipeline of over $50-$100M+ across the VA accounts”
- Track Record of winning large solutions and services contracts
- Have a strong network of the Dept. of VA customer contacts and familiarity with the customer’s major programs and upcoming initiatives.”
