“…VA’s primary correspondence customers include Veterans, their families, members of Congress, state and local officials, Veteran Service Organizations, the White House, government agencies, and other stakeholders. VA must be able to respond to correspondence consistently and quickly to provide the VA’s legislated services. To improve VA’s performance in responding to correspondence, the Department validated and developed new correspondence processes to become more efficient. In order to support the new processes, VA is soliciting a solution for a new enterprise-wide VA Integrated Enterprise Workflow Solution (VIEWS).”
“This contract seeks to sustain the existing VIEWS Salesforce modules, including the Case and Correspondence Management (CCM) module, Government Accountability Office Module (GAO Module), and the Functional Organization Manual (FOM) module. These Salesforce modules provide VA with modern document and workflow management systems to support VA correspondence, GAO letters, and maintenance of the Department’s organizational hierarchy information. These VIEWS Salesforce modules are used by VA offices, including VA Central Office (VACO), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), and the National Cemetery Administration (NCA)…”
