The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has inked a five-year $100M single-award BPA deal to enable HHS Operating Divisions to place call orders to purchase Salesforce licenses to support cloud-based implementations.
Carahsoft Technology was awarded the contract, which was competed on the GSA MAS schedule. Carahsoft was the only bidder.
We also note a first $11M 5-year task under the award.
Carahsoft’s page notes an HHS BPA set to expire November 2021 noting: “Salesforce has been working with the government for over ten years, with our first projects being implemented within Health and Human Services, at CDC and CMS. Salesforce now has over 19 projects within 8 different divisions at HHS. Because Salesforce is a highly customizable technology platform built for the government, we have been able to extend our capabilities to enable agencies with solutions as simple as standard data management to projects as intricate as GSAs’ replatforming of over 100 applications.” See more here.
Salesforce was named to the list of NXT UP firms poised to make big waves in the Federal sector in 2020 and for years to come.
