“The contractor shall:

  • Review and oversee content development for the DRS website to ensure proper and consistent messaging of programs and services.
  • Assist in the design, layout, and reorganization of the DRS website in concert with the ORS website upgrade project level of effort.
  • Aid in creation of a long-term strategy for maintaining up-to-date DRS website content.
  • Develop customer group profiles by their role and expertise and develop appropriate messaging strategies for each.
  • Assist with improving the DRS communications profile, e.g. providing direction and feedback related to improving the DRS Brand and upgrading the DRS newsletter
  • Assistance with DRS branding and communications improvement efforts
  • Peripherally related DRS communications enhancement initiatives”
