VA awards bridge contract for ITSI support services pending competitive follow-on

“The proposed action is for a 30-day extension of the Task Order (TO) VA11816F10280004 under Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) Contract VA118-16-D-1028 with Veterans EZ Info, Inc. (VetsEZ). This task order was awarded on February 14, 2017 and the final period of performance, following a previous 30-day extension, is set to expire on January 20, 2022. Due to delays in awarding the competitive follow-on TO, VA is seeking a modification to extend the period of performance through February 20, 2022 in order to avoid a lapse in service. Specifically, this support includes 30 days of continued project management, Information Technology (IT) governance, business process management/business process reengineering, accreditation & authorization, SharePoint service/on-site IT, data & system integration, Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) administration service, database and data administration, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) web portal operations & maintenance support and optional transition support services. “The proposed action is for a 30-day extension of the Task Order (TO) and the addition of an optional task for transition support services to Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) TO VA11816F10280004 under Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) Contract VA118-16-D-1028 with Veterans EZ Info, Inc. (VetsEZ). This task order was awarded on February 14, 2017 and the final period of performance is set to expire on December 20, 2021. Due to delays in awarding the competitive follow-on TO, VA is seeking a modification to extend the period of performance through January 20, 2022 in order to avoid a lapse in service. Additionally, a transition optional task will be added and exercised if the follow-on task order is awarded to a new vendor. Specifically, this support includes 30 days of continued project management, Information Technology (IT) governance, business process management/business process reengineering, accreditation & authorization, SharePoint service/on-site IT, data & system integration, Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) administration service, database and data administration, OSDBU web portal operations & maintenance support and optional transition support services.
