Bringing prior experience as a leader in the Federal Health sector at ManTech, Sarah Carter has now been tapped to lead in the company’s Federal Civilian Sector as Vice President, Growth. Sarah brings more than two decades of experience designing, implementing, and administering solutions, systems, and services pertaining to the successful delivery of federal and commercial IT programs.
