“Primary duties may include, but not limited to:
- Responsible for the program management, client communications, and overall performance of the program, ensures that all contractually required deliverables from transition plans to Quality Assurance programs are delivered and met; develops and maintains client relationships and resolves contract level client questions and concerns, contract value growth.
- Contract scope and growth opportunities are often negotiated face to face with the Government Contracting Officer (both revenue and scope).
- Position has an annual expected growth goal for opportunities that further grow the contract and improve the overall program.
- Responsible for administration of contract(s) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines and is required to monitor and validate the program budget; organize resources from multiple states & functions and forms a developing program structure that continues to evolve based upon the changing needs of the contract along with providing leadership and direction to multiple levels of management.
- Support business acquisition in bid preparation and implementation of new contracts.”
“Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 10 years related Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) operations experience, including a minimum of 3 years management experience in managing complex systems, workflow processes, and associates; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.”
