Armed with more than a decade of experience in the public health sector, Janice Garland has joined Noblis as Senior Health and Human Services Program Leader.
In this new role, Janice will work with a robust team of subject matter experts delivering meaningful, forward-thinking technical and advisory solutions to support health care delivery and health administration.
Janice brings perspective gained supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs for nearly a decade working with senior level executives, program officials, and facility managers within VHA and across federal agencies, to assess service gaps and to strategically allocate budgetary and personnel resources for clinical rural programs, and as Project Manager, leading the change towards efficiencies in fiscal oversight and management of over 100+ innovative programs and research projects impacting 2000+ users.
