- Directs a professional and technical staff that delivers a wide range of IT services to ORS and ORF organizations, and develops and implements operating policies and procedures.
- Plays a key role in formulating long-range policies and in developing and implementing strategies and management guidelines for complex and changing information technology systems.
- Provides expert analysis and advice, and develops solutions to solve issues and problems associated with agency-wide IT programs.
- Participates on agency, Federal, and non-governmental committees relative to equipment and system software policy and technology planning.”
