“The Deputy Proposal and Capture Manager will support Leidos’ $4.6B single-award IDIQ program, Defense Health Management System Modernization (DHMSM). The Deputy Proposal/Capture Manager serves as an Estimation Subject Matter Expert for Engineering Change Proposals. This individual supports large, multi-year, cross-functional proposals and Engineering Change Requests, and drives proposal estimating standards within the DHMSM Program. The Deputy Proposal/Capture Manager:
- Ensures that program estimates are developed in accordance with company policies and standards, and that the program approach, solution and planning are consistent with Leidos policy.
- Reviews and approves all estimates of resources, and the applicable supporting rationale to ensure estimates are responsive to the DHMSM IDIQ contract structure and requirements. Additionally this position ensures that estimates are adequately supported in terms of estimating rationale and logic.
