VA OIT seeking Internal Business Relationship Management Office (IBRMO) Business Intelligence Program Manager

“Major Duties: 

  • Plans, programs and supports the IBRMO Business Intelligence Program, with major focus on the installation of the Data Repository, providing systems, database, communications, network administration and hardware configuration management. 
  • Serves as the primary technical consultant and source of authoritative information regarding systems integration, systems operability, technical specifications and quality assurance oversight of all systems supporting the data repository. 
  • Leads, coordinates, communicates, integrates, and is accountable for the overall success of the program, ensuring alignment with agency or enterprise priorities. 
  • Provides guidance, direction, technical expertise, training and management support to IBRMO team members. 
  • Develops and maintains short-range and long-term plans which establish priorities and set goals for management of the IT Customer Service/Satisfaction Analysis and Reporting process….”
