Payne, a board-certified emergency physician and internist, brings to Deloitte more than three-and-a-half decades of health care management experience and more than three decades of military experience.”

In that role, he helped lead a comprehensive, government-wide effort to address the global public health emergency and strengthen federal information sharing about effective testing, contact tracing, variant surveillance, vaccination and public health policies.”
