CDC RFQ: BMC FootPrints License & Training/Consultation

“The purpose of this acquisition is to procure BMC FootPrints license renewal, ongoing software support and user training to augment CDC Data Hub continuous operations.”

“Vendor (the organization providing the license, maintenance, and training) will provide license renewal, labor, materials, equipment, and virtual user training required to fulfill the requirements of the BMC Continuous Support offering applicable to the FootPrints software product. Vendor must be able to provide 24/7 coverage and support. Vendor will work with the CDC designated Administrator of BMC FootPrints to ensure the application is functioning effectively and technical support needs are met. This type of support includes updating the software application, addressing vulnerabilities, and providing technical assistance to ensure the application is functioning as designed.”

“Vendor will provide virtual training to CDC users of BMC FootPrints. In addition to the normal training provided to new users of the application, an instructor led, hands-on training is needed for up to 10 PEB users so they can build the skills necessary to administer the FootPrints service desk and respond to FootPrints service tickets on a routine basis. A major focus of the training should be placed on preferences, customizations, reporting, address book management, knowledge base, ticket management, and self-service…”
