“Essential Duties
- Working collaboratively across the executive team and managers, the Proposal Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading proposal efforts—serving as the single point of accountability responsible for organizing DIS’ resources to produce a compliant, compelling, and technically accurate proposal delivered on schedule.
- Work with senior executive team, managers, and teaming partners to tailor the proposal process to a specific RFP or contract vehicle as appropriate.
- Distribute, and/or post via online tools, RFP, modifications, and other RFP-related material to the proposal team (including subcontractors).

“Required Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required preferably in strategic communications, business, information technology or a related field. 12+ years of work experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with five (5) years of experience in a defined proposal-related role.
