The Contractor shall provide program support for the ISCM and CDM continuous monitoring programs. The Contractor shall provide program governance and policy support including assessment of ISCM policy alignment with Federal mandates, developing roles and governance practices, promoting visibility, creating awareness and communicating ISCM security policy to VA organizations. The Contractor shall provide project management, organizational change management, technical and business services, planning, documentation, risk analysis, communication, training and awareness support for the ISCM and CDM program.
The Contractor shall perform security strategic planning and tactical support to include assessing, managing and tracking program risks, assessing compliance with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and other Federal mandates. The Contractor shall support ISCM communications through outreach, awareness promotion and training functions. The Contractor shall maintain the ISCM SharePoint support through web portal administration and SharePoint administration.
