HHS ACF RFI: Salesforce end user licenses to develop UC Path system

“The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Government Contracting Services (GCS) has received a request from the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) to seek sources capable of meeting the objectives set forth in the attached work description. The Government is seeking a vendor to provide Salesforce End user licenses to develop UC Path system…”

“The UC Path system will improve data informed decision-making by increasing the use of technology to develop data-informed services and improve knowledge and communication amongst all stakeholders. The UC Path system must interface with multiple components of DHS, the FBI, external health providers, and the grantees who operate the care provider facilities. The Salesforce Platform has been chosen to support a variety of functions for UC Path system development that will support cloud-based implementations.”

“This procurement is provide ORR Salesforce licenses, maintenance and support for the proprietary software. Salesforce is the sole original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the Salesforce products being used by HHS. The ORR/UC program will use Salesforce as a platform for various functions to develop and delivery to ensure proper care for UCs. This acquisition pertains to licensing and tool requirements. The UC Path System requires Salesforce, MuleSoft, Tableau, MyTrailhed, Nintex, and Survey licenses. ORR is developing a new system utilizing the Salesforce platform, a commercial offthe-shelf (COTS) customer relationship management or case management tool with document management and workflow capabilities that securely interface with internal and external systems. Also required are:

  • Interfaces with other agencies’ systems
  • Reporting capability – both automated and custom reports
  • Advanced data analytics and visualization, data migration, data architecture and data integration
  • Security features that are in compliance with HHS/ACF requirements
  • Simple and complex text search capabilities”

“Anticipated period of performance — 12 months: 07/30/2021- 7/29/2022”
