Scope of Work: The Contractor shall develop, oversee, and execute the quality assurance and auditing plans for two large scale programs either implemented nationally or in the process of being implemented nationally. The completion of auditing tasks is considered production based, meaning the contractor shall be accountable for meeting both volume and accuracy goals, which are agreed to weekly based on task complexity and other analyticalreview priorities set forth by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) or the assigned government lead.
The contractor shall conduct advanced research and analysis supporting large scale programs, demonstrating superior ability to concisely communicate their findings and recommendations to a broad audience of stakeholders from executive level leadership to field level employees.
Period of Performance: The period of performance (POP) shall be a base period with three 12-month option periods.
