“The scope is to provide support for:
- IDR On-premises (excluding Infrastructure support) until the migration to the IDR Cloud is complete
- IDR Cloud and the associated Infrastructure administration and maintenance”

“The IDR On-premises system is currently a one Petabyte Teradata system which has over 600TB of Medicare and Medicaid data (with an approximate 10% growth each year) that serves over sixty (60) programs and applications, both internal and external to CMS, and serves over 3,200 users. The Contractor shall provide services to support in the following areas:
- Maintain over 50+ streams/utilities, and related ETL support, as well as develop and implement new streams/utilities as necessary.
- Maintain the mainframe code base hosted within the BDC mainframe environment.
