Sean O’Neil, who spent the past 26 years as the leader of some of the Army’s most innovative and high-priority programs, and armed with 20+ years of progressive experience in DOD Medical and Acquisition, Program Management, Supply Chain Management, Strategic Planning, and Process Improvement, takes on a new challenge as Senior Director with Optum.
Sean brings recent experience leading execution of a $34M annual science and technology program; driving schedule, implementing cost-controls, managing programmatic risk, and ensuring quality outcomes leading to delivery of life-saving and performance-enhancing medical solutions.
Prior roles include:
- Therapeutics Program Manager for Plasma-Derived Products for the Federal COVID-19 Response – U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)
