VA RFQ: SaaS Project Management Subscription

Notice ID: 36C77621Q0155

VA is requesting a SaaS solution for the Workforce Management and Consulting (WMC) office to efficiently track, collaborate and monitor our portfolios across multiple use cases. This solution should allow the VA to save resources by streamlining and modernizing business processes. No software shall be downloaded onto VA computers to access the SaaS solution.  Also, the SaaS solution shall not require any servers hosted within the VA.  The requested solution does not require an interface to write to VISTA systems.  User specific application configuration settings are allowed in the contractor hosted solution.

The Contractor shall provide forty-five (45) creative licenses annually with the option to adjust licenses and add-on features each year. Included in the subscription includes hosting, maintenance, helpdesk, security FedRAMP and VA ATO (Authority to Operate) maintenance, system training and up to 5 hours per license per year of 1:1 support services during core business hours.

The Contractor shall provide the option for additional add-on features as they become available in the FedRAMP version. VA may exercise this optional task for additional licenses dependent on workload requirements. The specific workload requirements will be determined by the VA PM, Supervisor, COR and business owners based on current business priorities. This optional task may be exercised as many times as needed by the VA in the base period and each option period. All deliverables in this document shall be required for the optional tasks if exercised.
