The Contractor shall provide customization, installation, testing, and maintenance to enhance and maintain the current OSS, including help desk support, invoice management and billing reconciliation as well as training. In addition, the Contractor shall provide Networx telecommunication technical support services to support the technical documentation management of all aspects of VA’s Networx Telecommunication Portal (NTP) environment. This support includes:
- DAR Technical Support
- Technical Documentation Support
- Process Analysis
- Budget Preparation Support
This Task Order (TO) effort PWS is within the scope of the following paragraphs of the T4NG Basic PWS:
