The VA Office of HR and A, HCSC is participating in a learning content management system (LCMS) market research virtual vendor demonstration event.
Capabilities
- The ability for content developers to create courses with multiple custom viewers in a user friendly and intuitive application (i.e., wrappers)
- The ability to import and export native content for editing and disbursement.
- The ability for content developers and SMEs to review and resolve lesson deficiencies
- The ability to quickly develop content objects and courses within the LCMS using any combination of new material and existing content objects or templates (in all media forms)
- The ability for content developers to archive existing online course components (Sharable Content Objects [SCOs]) within the LCMS for developers to repurpose or modify and combine with newly created SCOs to form online courses
- The ability for content developers to create and archive content and templates within the LCMS at varying levels of granularity to make the retrieval of very specific content components readily available to developers and to online course users for real-time, ad hoc performance support
