The National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award to ICF Incorporated, LLC, 9300 Lee Highway, Fairfax, Virginia 22031-6050, a $699,938.00 modification to Task Order Number 75N95019F00179 under General Services Administration Federal Supply Schedule (GSA FSS) Contract Number GS-00F-010CA titled “The Genetic and Rare Diseases Information Center and Its Closely Inter-Related Research Support Activities.” This is a Time-and-Materials/Labor-Hour (T&M/LH) GSA FSS task order; the modification provides an additional 7,093 labor hours for support services and increases the not-to-exceed ceiling for Option Period 1 (Contract Year 2) accordingly.
This modification only adds additional labor hours for tasks already described within the current task order, which was originally awarded under full and open competition.
The scope and objective of this acquisition is to provide the day-to-day management of GARD and its inter-related initiatives to include the NCATS Toolkit for Patient-Focused Therapy Development Project, the NCATS Rare Diseases Registry (RaDaR) Program, NIH-sponsored or co-sponsored scientific gatherings focusing on NCATS rare diseases initiatives, and other initiatives that will evolve as part of this requirement.
This project requires support services for GARD for the following tasks: Project Management and Planning Inquiry Responses Website and Social Media Management, Improvement, and Maintenance
