Mr. Garris brings professional experience that covers the range of senior engineering and technical solutioning for clients like NSA, NRO, DIA, SPAWAR/NIWC, NOAA, GSA, and many other state and commercial organizations, in addition to executive leadership with roles as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Office, and leadership positions in capture with hundreds of millions in awards and highly successful performance. GRSi has experienced record growth for over six straight years, including new record revenue in 2020 and launching into 2021 like a rocket into the mid-tier unrestricted market, and Ricky will leverage his vast experience in managing growth transitions into the mid-tier space and beyond.
