Syd Rahman, an experienced leader in the capture of large strategic federal contracts and programs, to include having led or participated in capture management and proposal development for 100+ RFI/RFP responses, has taken on a new challenge as Executive Director of Capture Management for DHA with ManTech.
In his new role he is focused on understanding the Defense Health Agency (DHA) mission, objectives, technical directions and the dynamic health IT challenges it faces, helping design and integrate industry-collaborated solutions, and driving the development of actionable strategies and innovative customer solutions for the company’s business growth in this sector.
