- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Drive unsolicited sales opportunities through specific solution presentations and building relationships with government stakeholders.
- Participate in industry days, conferences, networking, and trade show events to develop contacts and strategic partner relationships.
- Support growth initiatives by assessing business opportunities, performing market analysis, collecting business intelligence, meeting with potential customers and teaming partners, and provide input into bid/no-bid decisions
- Lead capture activities, including strategy sessions, gate reviews, collaboration sessions, work with technical SMEs to capture the Solutions plan, and develop win themes and differentiators. Shape opportunities to increase win probability.”
“Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred in a related technical field, or equivalent work experience in the Federal civilian market
- Total of 10-15 years experience with
- 7+ years in a major delivery role such as a Program Manager, Program Director, Delivery Officer, on HHS (preferably CMS) programs greater than $40 Million
- 5+ years in a Capture Manager position, solutioning and responding to CMS/Federal proposals, and developing technical Health IT solutions
- Knowledge of CMS architecture, applications, tools, programs, and operations
