IronArch Technology seeking Vice President of Platforms to drive ServiceNow across VA/DoD

“This newly developed VP of Platforms position is a crucial addition to the IronArch executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This role will be responsible for developing, managing, and facilitating our company’s value proposition with our alliance platform partners. This position will accelerate growth for IronArch and our customers by establishing a ServiceNow partnership and evangelizing ServiceNow’s value proposition with our customers, and recreating success with other platform partners.”

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing strategic growth initiatives through partnerships to drive multi-million-dollar revenue and bottom-line contribution
  • Researching growth opportunities using internal and external reporting, forecasts, and market analysis
  • Leading cost/benefit analysis and risk assessments to evaluate feasibility and profitability of potential external partnerships
  • Leading the front-end assessments of business pursuits and RFPs analysis
  • Participating in solutioning sessions, proposal reviews, and design challenges
  • Leading strategy sessions with IronArch leadership teams on new business and growth opportunities
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to our customers by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap and driving the IronArch solution within the marketplace
  • Collaborating with IronArch Project Managers and Delivery leaders to enhance existing client’s customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams

Requirements:

  • 14 plus years’ experience in SaaS Platforms, building relationships with platform providers, account management, and contributing to business growth
  • Technical project delivery experience is highly desirable
  • Must have existing relationships with federal government personnel and prime contractors, ideally within the DoD, Veterans’ Affairs, or DHS
  • Possess a quantifiable record of success in building new relationships and closing new prime and subcontract opportunities with federal government buyers and industry partners
  • Strong understanding of the business of IT including demand, resource, portfolio, and asset management, along with technical concepts around application development, infrastructure, operations, automation, and cloud
