“Major Duties:
- Plans and directs the overall work through subordinate supervisors.
- Creates and implements change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
- Serves as an advisor and technical consultant to TIO, OEHRM, VA, DOD and other top officials, on operational issues.
- Provides cross coordination in monitoring and managing cross-cutting assumptions, constrains, risks and dependencies, shepherding through various governance structures as appropriate.
- Develops, manages, and delivers regular program reviews to provide OEHRM leadership with strategic assessments of TIO Operations and its workforce, risk management activities, change management initiatives, and metrics /analytics to increase program effectiveness and efficiencies.”
