VA cancels Solicitation for COTS SaaS Facility Management Solution

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has re-examined its technical requirements for this effort and has decided to perform further review and analysis to ensure VA s needs are being appropriately addressed. It has been determined that continuing forward with the evaluation and execution of the current solicitation is not in the best interest of VA, therefore, Request for Proposal (RFP) 36C10B20R0009 for Facility Management Software Solution is cancelled. VA intends to issue a new RFP sometime in the first quarter of fiscal year 2021.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) requires a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Software as a Service (SaaS) Facility Management Solution (FMS) that will optimize processes for facilities, operating technologies and employees in order to efficiently manage employee locations, office moves, relocations, and consolidation of office space. Additionally, the vendor shall also provide facilities management solution integration support, to include program initiation tasks, FMS setup and design, data migration, asset management, work order management, portal management, floor mapping, space and planned move management, user acceptance testing, production technical support, and training.
