Shelby Switzer is a software engineer with the US Digital Service at the Department of Health and Human Services. As a conference organizer, Code for America volunteer, and civic technologist, Shelby has worked in community organizing, open source software, and technology activism across the US for over 8 years. Before joining USDS, Shelby led the API and integration team at Healthify, a healthcare company bridging the gap between healthcare and social services.
