Here we go again. After a series of back and forth protests last year saw the Agency forced to revisit their award decision, a protest has now been levied related to this new and recent 4 ½-year task award to provide the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ Beneficiary and Family Centered (BFCC) Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) with Beneficiary Oversight Claim Review Services.
