“The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services intent to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price task order award with Carahsoft, LLC, located 11493 Sunset Hills Road Reston, VA 20190. The acquisition will procure Qualtrics, an SaaS based experience management system to meet the needs of the Quality Improvement Organization. The minimum system requirement for Qualtric is FedRamp Moderate Authorization, HITRUST Certification, ISO 27001 Certification and subject to a Data Use Agreement. The authority for the limited source justification is only one source is capable at FAR 8.405-6(a)(i)(B).”
