Hoangmai Pham, one of the founding leaders at the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), where she served as Chief Innovation Officer supporting implementation of the alternative payment model provisions of the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA), is now an independent consultant.
