The proposed action is for a modification to Time-and-Materials (T&M) Task Order (TO) VA11817F10030015 issued under Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) Contract Number VA118-16-D-1003 for Enterprise Services (ES) Program Management Office (PMO) and Technical Management Support with GovernmentCIO, LLC (GCIO) (at the time of award Nester Consulting, LLC) 101 Constitution Avenue, Northwest, Suite 100W, Washington DC, 20001. The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of Option Period Two for one month and incorporate three 1-month option periods to continue project and program management support, cross-functional support, engineering and technical support, and product deployment support for the ES Organization.
The services acquired under this TO are for providing a full range of PMO and technical management support services for eight major work stream areas under the ES portfolio consisting of the following: 1. Identity and Security Services; 2. Enterprise Cloud Services; 3. Enterprise Data Management; 4. Infrastructure Projects; 5. Interagency Services; 6. Non-VistA Health Services and Repositories; 7. Orchestration Services and 8. Benefits Gateway Services. Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), ES requires the current services provided under TO VA11817F10030015 to continue without interruption in order to prevent any negative impact to multiple projects. Current services include project and program management support for the ES Portfolio, Program/Projects, and Sustainment activities. Major work tasks include administrative support, meeting support, capital planning and investment, communications, technical writing, configuration management, onboarding, functional analysis, testing, implementation management, release management, schedule support, strategic analysis, engineering and technical support.
